Base Packages: Please select your base package. All packages include your share of the hotel room for 3 nights (Arrive Day 0 and Depart on Day 3), gratuities, taxes, and administration. IMPORTANT: This is for YOUR portion only. Each attendee must complete their own registration.

Terms

By submitting your registration you agree to all terms and conditions related to this event and listed on the Success Express Web site. You release Success Express, its aids, and its employees from responsibility for any injury to body or property as a result of participation in this event.

You acknowledge that you have read and understand the room mate policy for this event.

You acknowledge that this program does not include any incidental fees such as room service, valet parking, etc and you agree to pay all charges before departure. Should you fail to pay these and Success Express is required to collect payment a 10% surcharge (minimum $5.00) will be added to all unpaid incidental bills.

You acknowledge that you understand the Cancellation Policy for this event. That you are eligible to receive a full refund minus a $75.00 processing fee if cancelled in writing prior to July 1, 2018 and return any confirmation materials you may have received prior to cancellation. All refunds will be made back to the method utilized to pay. After July 1, 2018 All packages and deposits are Non-Refundable.

Packages may be transferred to another consultant without penalty so long as they are transferred to the same occupancy, same arrival/departure dates, and same roommate.

Special Terms for Deposit Program: If you choose to only submit a deposit at this time you are aware that your reservation will not be guaranteed until your package is paid in full. Failure to complete payment by the July 11th deadline will result in your package being cancelled without refund. Reinstatement will only be on a space available basis and will be subject to the full rate in place at the time of payment.
